Welcome to the home of Feel Great Footwear, the place that prioritises comfort without compromising on style. Since 1971, we’ve been dedicated to creating a range of shoes that support every step of your journey - because when your feet feel great, so do you.
Our story began in York, where Catherine Paver turned a small idea into something big. Armed with a £200 bank loan (originally for a sofa!) and a passion for well-fitting stylish shoes, Cathy set out to create a business that puts comfort and quality first. Starting with sales at local village halls, her vision grew into a family-run company that now reaches customers across the UK and beyond.

Caring about the planet is as important to us as caring about your feet. At our headquarters in Yorkshire, we’ve integrated sustainable solutions like solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and energy-efficient lighting to minimize our environmental impact.
In 2021, we became the first major UK shoe retailer to achieve Carbon Neutral International Certification, supporting reforestation projects like the Guanaré initiative in Uruguay. It’s all part of our mission to leave a lighter footprint for future generations.
Giving Back to Communities
We’re also dedicated to supporting communities through the Pavers Foundation, established in 2018 in honour of our founder. To date, the foundation has donated over £2 million to health, education, and community causes, ensuring that our success helps make a difference for others.
